The Sock Monster

Some beginnings for character design of the Sock Monster. Very rough and sketchy, but some interesting shapes. I'm pondering making him literally like a sock, or simply a very hungry big-mouthed monster.

These are all very cute, I shall try some more grungy and ... less cute styles as well ;) Half of it is the colours I have picked too.

Note: I have taken reference from other monsters on the web for some of these designs, the large monster top-left on the first page is not mine, others may also resemble Toothless and other critters I drew inspiration from.
