I've enjoyed playing with some digital painting and using watercolour textures in Photoshop. So here's a little fantasy and princess bubblegum to start the year.

Woohoo. Claire and I finally made it to another Life Drawing session. I know. Shock, horror. It actually happened.

Toothless

HTTYD II was as fantastic as the first. SO I didn't really have any choice but to draw toothless for a mate's birthday...

The romance between ruffnut and dragon sailor boy was hilarious! I love that HTTYD has both adult and child humour without alienating either. Some very boss dragons.

Also love that Hiccups Dad actually died and didn't come back to life, much as I loved him. The treatment of it and the ability for the story and the characters to deal with and move on made me love it even more.

P.S. Don't let Toothless eat all the cake...

Nope.

Needless to say, I miss Summer. 

Having to sit at the computer with a blanket and scarf is not so much fun.

And I would very much like some sun please!

Yup more chicks again. We had a dancer to mix it up a bit. Keen for some different body shapes sometime though.

And a random foot... First time I've ever slightly enjoyed drawing one. Turns out they have some strange fun lines to them.
